Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

How we price, build and hand over, in plain English. Can't see your question? Just ask.

Fair question; we hear it a lot. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts, and you own everything we build, the software and the source code. If we disappeared tomorrow, your system keeps running. There's no lock-in retainer and no platform you're renting forever.

Every build is quoted upfront: you'll know the exact number before we write a line of code. Most engagements start with a systems audit that produces the roadmap and the quote, and the price bands are published on our pricing page. Start small and add as it pays for itself.

Most builds ship in weeks, not months. We start with the highest-value piece so you see working software early, then refine from there. You're never waiting in the dark.

Completely. It's yours, the software and the source code. No locked-in per-seat fees, no platform you can't leave.

That's normal, most of our work starts as a complaint, not a spec. Tell us the problem in plain words and we'll scope it, quote it, and handle the technical decisions.

No. Most of what we build is ordinary, dependable software: forms, databases, reminders, integrations. Where AI genuinely earns its place, a human approves anything it produces before it goes out. Where it doesn't, we leave it out.

You won't need much. We build around how you already work, train you in plain English, and handle the technical side ourselves. Most owners run their system from the phone already in their pocket.

Then we shouldn't build it, and we'll say so. We size every build so the maths is obvious: one recovered job or a few saved hours a week usually covers it. Support is month-to-month, so you're never locked into a cost that isn't earning its keep.

Almost always. We integrate with the systems you already run, accounting, CRM, booking, email, so the software fits your workflow instead of forcing you to change it.

We hand over something stable and documented. Ongoing support is optional and month-to-month, never a mandatory retainer.
